limewire is ok but harmful regarding to virus and security concerns.

DC++ is a nice and sleek way to get some forgotten music. A bit tricky to configure though.

About torrents mostly ISP have now track back setup to be according to new p2p laws.

apniisp has their voice tag in it and not of that much high quality.

papuyaar is ok..

though now a days songs.pk and radioreloaded.com are doing good job
