Bicycling between the famous IIT (IIllinois Institute of Technology) campus and Loyola University campus near Evaston is good 13-14 miles along the beautiful Lake Shore drive. Must have been a wonderful experience for you to do it! btw, did you study at IIT?

Well actually that donut thingy is called kapoor structure.

The Kapoor Sculpture, located near the center of Millennium Park, is a 66-foot long 33-foot high elliptical sculpture inspired by liquid mercury. Its seamless stainless reflect the sky above, people below and city around it. Visitors will want to walk all around and under this 110-ton work of art. The skyline reflection is breathtaking.
