A few good men..

No. of crimes by U.S. military personnel in 2003 tops 100

The number of crimes committed by U.S. military personnel or members of their families in Okinawa Prefecture reached 103 in the period from January through November, meaning the figure for the whole year will exceed 100 for the first time in nine years, Okinawa prefectural police said Wednesday

I suggest a ‘vacation’ in Iraq for the convicted felons..

crime follows where you have human beings...

and they should be dealt with by Local Law.. US Forces seem to get away with such things... to be tried under 'US Forces law' which leaves them with slap on the wrist.

though visitors or working immigrants somehow don't get the same leeway for being tried in their home countries under their laws.

so . in closing.. they should be tried under local law .. with punishment suitable for their crimes..

in any case.. they will be rotated to Iraq in due course..

^^If we do that, how will we handle some people in Lahore who do that all the time...specially around railway station, "do moria pull" under the sign "dekho gadhaa peshab kar raha hai".

Not only you have to worry about the NaRa, you have to make sure that you cover your behind so you do not moon people.
