i was WAYyyYY head over heals in chocolate (caramilk, bounty etc) than anyone ever would be.. that was 9-10 years ago..
now, different story..
how much chocolate to fuel? well as khumar said, dark chocolate, and i have witnessed the miracles of that chocolate personally.. friend of mine complained while mall roaming that she's fainting... being first aid/medical rookie that time, i ran to nearest shop i could find and got some dark chocolate.. (upper floor khumar, laura secord, by the escalator)..
of course, there are other uses of chocolate.. but will stick to life saving ones, for now..

If I could eat chocolate all the time I would. I HATE dark chocolate.. I love love milk and white chocolate..caramel,hazelnut,raisins,almonds all of these are good in chocolate..I loooove Ferraro rocher and Lindt..European chocolates are the bet. American chocolate is just okay. If I had to choose I'd say within American chocolate I like umm..krispy hersheys or maybe twix or kit kat..all good but nothing compares to Euro chocolate. The reason I don't eat chocolate often is because it makes me mota!! I can have it maybe once or twice a month and that's it,and not too much at once either..maybe a little less than can fit in my palm. If they made inexpensive great tasting sugar/calorie free or low chocolate I'd eat it all the time..Sure they make those 100 calorie pack ones but they have such unsatisfying portions..hmph and cost too much.. I ate some chocolate today sitting around the house hubby bought and it made me soo happy even though I had only a sliver of it..sigh If only chocolate didnt have calories!!!!!!!!!!!!

It also makes you fat, and give you pimples so I reduced my diet of chocolate.

Another vote for dark chocolate, no harm at all! only benefits. It can be eaten in summer.
