But Bobby, is that not a part of good customer support ??? Like when you know a customer is ridiculous, wrong or being unreasonable, a well trained customer service professional will still smile and tell them nice stories like no other customer is above them despite knowing that the customer is wrong. Yeah some customers are sometimes too unreasonable but I learned from a very senior half french, half egyptian head of HR of a multinational that “A customer is always right” no matter how much wrong they are. Only in rare cases you act against that rule.
