They take business dealings personal and get angry and enraged if their ridiculous offer is rejected and call the managers, VPs, President of the company etc. This poor most amazing assistant who was getting showered with praise and compliments when she was working in a non desi community and was next in line for a lucrative career, she got transferred to the desi community and she got attacked by like a pack of hyenas for her direct, honest and precise communication, finally she quit. So when they offer to write a ridiculous offer you cant say that this offer is too low or it is not reasonable you have to say it like oh we appreciate your offer so much and we really like you and really want this to work but the company will be losing money and they would not be able to consider this offer etc…when they miss appointments, fail to keep their words and lie and manipulate to get a lower price you cant really call them out. take all the lying, cheating and deception with a smile and keep telling them how much they are appreciated.
