you actually mixed 2 things, talking to strangers, and dealing with staff…
I already am polite to my employees… me unhein narmi/pyar se hi deal kerta hu,. but I do gets angry sometime if it gets outta control… so everyone is respectful…
and I guess a smiling face wins everyone’s heart… so no matter you deal with stranger or anyone else.. asking politely can be a drill..
P.S: ok, I’ll try to be charming and then ask for any help…
