Its got a nice lobby too, I used to go there to collect my scholarship award check from MoST (ministry of science and tech), a while back, when the building was newly commissioned.

I think the one you are talking about might be the old 'awami markaz', which became the IT Park. It has about 4-5 stories. It used to have Avaz Network, And Or Logic etc.

Its just so sad and horrible. Few of my friends work there in ETC, but I think they would have gone home by than.
