Remember England after 1992? They lost out in a thrashing to Sri Lanka in 1996 and haven't made it out of the group stages in 1999 (home ground) and 2003. Since our loss in the final, we are in the same boat. It will take a generation to become good in WCs again.

It was good having Pakistan in the world cup and lose two games that they did get to play. Chalo ab ghar wapis jaa ke dekhna baki ka. 
I am glad I did not buy any subscriptions nor did I watch any matches. LPC.
