All up for it when Pakistan are winning, things are merry, birds are singing, etc. If you support a team, you back it 100% and don’t slit your wrists the instance your openers are out. Unfortunately, we have this mentality of putting down our team because that seemingly is the easiest thing in the world. Did I not know that this would be a hard total to defend? Ofcourse I did. But even the bookies weren’t betting on Ireland winning it after the Pakistan innings was over. On a good day, we would have scored 20 to 30 more runs and would have skittled them out for under a 100. 9 times out of 10, that would have been the scenario. But if it pleases you so much, hurrah, you won. You were right Nostradamus. Pakistan lost. Who cares if this has hurt us all on the forum. Your ego is still intact.
