Evolutionary reasons, biological reasons. I think it comes down to testosterone. A woman with a low libido is given testosterone to increase her drive. That doesn't make all men pervs but I agree that most are. Men have historically been hunters and pursuers. Men are wired to respond to certain evolutionary signals women exhibit. Wouldn't the human race die out if this system didn't exist?
