it is truly sad.
We should immediately pull all our troops out of the FATA and give the whole area back to the TTP. At least during their rule, no civilian dies, no body gets hurt. And if ever someone gets hurt or dies by mistake, TTP immediately provides $1 million to the family.
Let's bring back the TTP even back in Islamabad.
And lets disband Pak army. They are corrupt anyways. TTP can defend up better.

Though what I don't understand is that why don't all the civilians evacuate these areas. Most of Mehsud civilians and even their tribal elders evacuated SWA and then the Army went in. Why don't civilians in Tirah evacuate? A war has been going on for the past 5-6 years.

They will walk towards their so-called camps setup by the government in such harsh conditions all alone. No support is provided. No food and no medical attention. Where are they supposed to go? Well don't get personal buddy, maybe you have already opened your doors to them. I asked a valid question when Mehsuds have migrated to DI Khan, Bajauris are residing in Jalozai camps. It is no eutopia but its better than being in conflict zone and being killed.
And what are you insinuating with Master? Slave? Your conspiracy theories are getting tiring. The operation in SWAT has been quite successful with loss of many lives on the Army side as well. And Swatis in general have appreciated Pakistan Army operation in SWAT. You sound as if you would have been happier if SWAT operation had failed.
PS: By the way, like most Pakistanis I have kept donating money to IDPs and a good friend of mine from Islamabad is even providing jobs for the IDPs.

That post was meant for the TTP terror sympathizers.
Everyone agrees that civilians should be protected during army's ops. And if Allah maaf kuray, something goes wrong and civilians get hurt, then there should be compensation given and apology tendered. And Pak government as already done so.
One can argue that the compensation money is little. And if so, those who say the compensation is not enough should open their OWN wallets and send $$ or pounds or Euros. Noone stops them.
But the last thing we should do is to use this sad incident for nefarious purposes and whip up hysteria

Pak army jawans are the last great wall that has stopped (so far) Pakistan from becoming Islamist Jahannum of Somalia or worse Afghanistan.
If Pak army isn't there, every major city of FATA and KP would be under Gora boots right now. As we can clearly see it form the example next door.
So let's make sure that we do not use this sad incident to support and/or bring back the Mullahs and Sufis of TTP into our towns and cities.
