Blueberries are awesome for skin because the antioxidants within them prevent aging. You can even buy Ocean Spray's cranberry and blueberry juice and now they've even added green tea extract to the mix.

**Yogurt **is another very very very healthy food especially if it's low-fat. It is said that low-fat dairy products help in weight loss. And yogurt contains enzymes that neutralize the bacteria/toxins found in the digestive system....this in turn helps to keep breakouts at bay as well.

Daal is considered to be one of the world's oldest and healthiest foods like yogurt. Daal contains protein, twice as much iron as other legume, B vitamins, fiber, and folate. My mom says that the rich can afford protein in the form of meat easily......so Allah made daal...which is less expensive.....but provides similar nutritional content for those that can't afford meat. I've always loved this example. And especially in Ramzan....it's a good option for sehri because foods containing proetin digest slower and keep you full for longer.

Dates.......these will fill you up....and they contain iron and many other essential minerals.

Sweet potatoes......if you can develop a taste for them...they are considered among the most nutritious vegetables. They contain almost all the nutrients that you need for the day....they are anti-inflammatory.....they will not only keep you full....they also provide a boost of energy for up to 3 hours....and they...like many vegetables...are low in calories.
