Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

Pakistan's very own Ishant Sharma aka Sohail Tanvir: 4 3 4 6 4 4

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

269 to chase, congrats to SA for the 4-1 series win.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

Kukri (Tanvir) seems to have the biggest parchi. played all 5 games

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

Brilliant captaincy by Misbah again. He keeps giving his worst bowler to bowl the last over.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

25 runs off the last over... :D

Target for Pakistan: 269...should not be a piece of cake...lol

PS: Shehzad & Misbah should try to get out early to give a chance to other batsmen to prove themselves... :D

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

It would be a miracle if we chase this total

gaye bhains pani mein

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

nooooooooooo...why Sohail Tanvir was given last over? he gave away 25 runs...OMG...what a blunder by MisbaaH.

SA 268/7

great captain's knock...115 not out by AB de Valliers.

Pak will have to score 269 if they plan to win the match.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

How brainless can Misbah be, giving last over to Tanvir after the last match. Pathetic decision. The guy is so predictable. 4/1 to SA.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

From cricinfo:

Considering they only hit 114 in the first 30 overs, they finished their last ten overs with, you can guess it, 114 runs. Simply outstanding effort from the tourists, and Pakistan will certainly feel like they let slip a good performance with the ball. It will be tough going for the hosts on a pitch that will only worsen as we head into the late evening

Misbah should be sacked for such inept captaincy after this match. Hud hote hai sutpidity kee.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

The last time Misbah got his century was... never. So Misbah needs to get his 1st frikin century in 130 odd ODIs.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

Golden Asif did you enjoy / watch De Villers innigs?

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

I honestly think the fixers will win this match, Professor Hafeez will score which will keep him in the side for next 5 years, so will the over rated U Akmal.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

No I don't have such luxury at work!

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

India is not even playing :hehe:

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

OK.

But you will watch and post the highlights later so cricket fans can enjoy De Villers innings?

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

Who cares about the Indians. I dont.

The fixers are on show today with their World class super stars.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

You talked about fixers.

Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Mon Nov 11

first 10 overs was good for Pakistan then last 10 overs were excellent for south africa...i think this will be reversed in Pak innings...first 40 overs will be good and the last 3 overs will be disastrous...SA will save 7 overs. lol

i'm trying to be seriously funny! it's funny scenario but very much a realistic one, given Pak's performance in the last 3 ODI's
