In this thread we will only discuss the movie and it’s actors, casting dramatizing waghera waghera. Any post discussing the lifestyle of Mr Grey will be deleted.
This is getting out of hand.
If you find it offensive no one is holding a gun to your head to visit and ultimately promote this thread.
but for this role, you one need 1 facial expression lol.
tbh, this entire story is bull shiz. I didn’t even like it nor read the book. My friend at the time, she was so much into it that it was all she talked about. She was typical fan girl
Contrary to what most people think, there are girls who think differently about fifty shades of grey.
This is a very interesting and well written critique about the book written by a female.
So have you read the book? I don’t know if it is a female-friendly book. Neither do i know much on the topic of the book. I am hesitant to read and watch the movie.
PS. Just read the criticism. It’s sad that the author has received hate comments for her valid views.
I’ve read just the 1st one, its very blushworthy.
Aside from that - not much for a story and not much on the storyline.
The female lead came off as s naive to say the least.
I never really understood the hype about the books and the rest of the trilogy…
I was curious and googled it, even read a few pages and just put it down.. very disgusted.
I don’t really understand how anyone could find it.. romantic..? It’s like borderline sexual abuse and the fact that Grey is controlling, manipulative and makes the leading lady sign some kind of contract in the book says it all. It was funny because while watching Lucy in the theatres a few days ago, my husband (who’s never heard of this book before) saw the trailer come on commented that the movie must be about a sociopath who abuses women.
I think what’s worse is that the movie is rated PG. I know there is a huge fan following of women, but I don’t know why? Some even claim they wish they could be the woman in the movie but I honestly find that really sad.
