Lets do this for Desi women shall we? :D

1. "I am special". I am sorry dear lady of the lake but if you are special, unique or not the average type of desi woman, you don't need to tell me that. You don't actually need to flaunt it or show it off. Those who are atypical usually don't need to make it obvious. A simple matter, subtle is good. Be it personality, make up or anything really. A woman who is out there to prove she is special just appears insecure.

2. "The Desi Blonde". Saw so many of these in New York it scared me. Cloning yourself too look like part of a hive is never the way to go. Just because one desi girl wears a certain style does not mean it looks good on you. Individuality is better than having 4 desi girls all skinny as a stick with big hoop earnings, stilleitos and japanese straightened jet black hair.

3. "The fake feminist". This applies to a majority of Pakistani women. We are empowered women, but you pay for lunch and dinner. We are all empowered and have the right to do whatever we want, but you...no you better check with us first before you plan anything. Can't fix a light blub, we will call you, but otherwise not really. Women power is all good as long as we don't have to take responsibility for our actions instead we will get a man to do it.

I have not seen that in a longgggg time..... It used to be like that not anymore AND i live in nyc lol. this thread is really entertaining.
