fallenpieta, Well .. there is a difference between ganguly and inzi .. inzi is just a better person to deal with for other team members, ganguly is not .. or maybe I am just biased :p I just think inzi is getting better with his captaincy, there is a good degree of understanding between him and playerz as far as I have observed.
