Hina in the article she is basically forming a connection of drinking full cream milk with ovarian cancer. In the article it says, low fat or skimmed milk is drunk these days with pasteurization being done on the milk but even then it is bad for women.
It says that the lactic acid found in the milk stops some sort of hormonal production. Because of the stopping of the hormonal production the tumours can grow in the ovaries resulting in ovarian cancer.
