A clinical win. Everyone played their part. Overall this was Pakistan’s 126th test win and Misbah’s 20th as captain

Our spinners outperformed their spinners which was the decisive difference between the two sides in the end. Yasir Shah with 15 wickets in 2 tests at 21.53 deserved the man of the series award.
English pacers were better than ours. Anderson with 13 wickets at 15.61 was outstanding
Our middle-order was stronger than their middle-order.
5 Pak hundreds (Malik, Hafeez, Misbah, Asad and Younis) vs lone English hundred (Cook)
Cook too was a strong contender for Man of the series award imo. 450 runs at an ave. of 90
Pakistan move up to 2nd in ICC test rankings. England slip to 6th!

Misbah-ul-Haq receives the series trophy: “Credit should be given to the England team for really putting up a good effort and fight. But Yasir Shah won us two games and the batsmen contributed. There were contributions from everyone and that is really pleasing. Wahab and Imran bowled well in the first two games, then Rahat here. Zulfiqar … Shoaib… it’s a pleasing sign for a captain and a team.”

they need to improve on the batting collapses (Pakistan), specially the top order.
And fielding needs to be tightened as it is slipping again
