Of course Gul should voluntarily refuse to play like younis khan did but this is Muhammad Yousaf who were looking for some moral support and call Younis khan …. He is a bowler of T20 …. Don’t have rhythm and can’t throw the ball as per situation ….. they must give chance Muhammad Sami who ball nicely in test match and is now in great form but I think he don’t have any supporter in selectors or in the eye of Captain ……
Shoaib Malik was also a nice all rounder but we have spoiled that persons too …. Inzi use him quite sensibly ……… Gul is foolish bowler

I’d take Gul over Sami any day. Gul has better line and length than Sami and bowls more wicket-taking balls. As for spoiling Shoaib Malik, he stopped bowling when he was captain himself.

13.5 Naved-ul-Hasan to Ponting, out Lbw!! plumb in front!! back of a length delivery angling in, it keeps a tad low, Ponting went through with the pull shot, misses it and is struck on the pads in line with the stumps, the skipper goes for a duck and Pakistan are back into this game now. Ponting lbw b Naved-ul-Hasan 0(3)

Thanks for the update. It seems Pakistan does make some early inroad but then loses the plot. Very important to attack and stop singles from now on.

Have you seen Sami performance in Final against Habib Bank ???? against Aussies he also bowled well but i don't know why he couldn't get chance in next test match and now in one days ....... they are giving chances to Gul again & again ans still no match wining performance from Gul ......

True, but compared to Sami I’d still say Gul’s better. Sami had a pretty long run in the Pakistan team, and he was the most frustrating bowler to watch.

All of Pakistan's good fielding.. throws hitting stumps, quick stumpings, etc. are on chances where the batsman is not-out. The real chances Pakistan misses by a mile.

In QuaideAzam Trophy Final Habib Bank v Karaci Blues .... By chance i seen that match on TV and his bowling was right on the targets even it was not an international match ........ I know he didn't show consistency after nice start and his bowling average is worst ...... But we are giving chances Gul from a long period and still he can't stand in top bowlers ...........

So that’s why i say if Aussies or any other team field for Pakistan then Pakistan can beat any team in Cricket World

That performance was before he was called to Australia, he performed in 1st inning and in 2nd inning back to normal. Sami was given LOOOONGGGG run too, if you don't believe check out how many Tests and ODIs he has played, he has played more Tests and more ODIs than Gul but his performance never improved.
