And who has establsihed that SIT has been objective in the first place? It is not that Setalvad has not ruffled not a few feathers of the powers that be. What better way to undermine her credibility than to dig up those outlandish accusations against her, accusations similar to the ones which had in the past been rebuffed?

I would any day take the word of the SIT established by the SC over that of Teesta Setalvad who has numerous motives for lying and coaching the witnesses to lie. This is the same Teesta Setalvad who kept harping about the Godhra incident being an accident and very recently in a TV interview conceded that she could have been wrong. You can continue to believe what you want, that will neither change the facts nor the judgement of the courts.
