I'm not EXACTLY sure but I believe it's that sheesha is just the flavor, where as huqqa is flavored tabacco and not filtered like sheesha is.

Yea. Well my grandfather used to do Huqqa like big time. I just got curious and tried it out and I like sheesha better than huqqa. :) Yes only occassionally. My dad doesn't want me doing it, and I know it's not haraam but I don't want my parents to know about it.
