i will pass the info around. The challenge is that for ppl who want to adopt but dont have evrything ready, it can easily take 6 months to a year in US to go for a foriegn adoption, Russian wait time is also long even though there are kids there but paper work takes forever, a former colleague of mine had been stuck in the process for six years.
additionally, many of these orphanages make it very expensive for people to adopt. I realize that proceeds go to help run daily operations etc, but due to the costs, the slow ops many ppl dont start or back off.
why am I listing it here, because people have to realize the cost and effort involved, its not like getting in a plane tomorrow, landing, picking them up and coming back.
