Re: 2nd Test: Pakistan v South Africa at Dubai, Oct 23-27, 2013
This was actually written on the wall, judging from the 2nd innings of the first test when Pakistan was 7/3. The first innings of the first test was a bit of a fluke I think that carried Pakistan to a test victory. The only way Khurram Manzoor and Shan Masood can get the monkey of their backs is to perform consistently, and I dont think thats happening. Mindset is totally wrong and thats the result of two consecutive innings when one of the two openers scored 0 and out in 1st or 2nd over. And then the collapse begins.

upon reflection, all of us shd feel proud of imran tahir....he is a paki boy. if we lose because of his excellent performance, we shd not feel bad at all. SA lacks a quality spinner from the very beginning, so Imran tahir's performance will really help building a better brand for Pak in SA...and building a a brand for Pak is important. we shd be proud of Imran tahir. Our batting is pathetic anyway which cannot even face Zim bowlers ...better to lose wickets to our own brother than to philander and styen

Awais Sohrab: “Absolutely stunned over Misbah’s tactic. When you need to put pressure, you bring in spinners, bring fielders close and make them play every deliver. Going with Irfan is only helping Smith to get settle further. Zulfiqar needs to come asap, as he bowls wicket to wicket.”
I agree what a pathetic approach by Misbah not giving ball to Zulfiqar ( 7 overs 7 runs 1 wkt). Ajmal is nice bowler but it doesn’t mean that only give ball to him

i think if SA gets a lead of 150-175, it will be very difficult for Pakistan to win the match...let's see what kinda lead they get...spinner should do well today though.

Agree! he should be loyal to his opted country and we should be loyal to our country then why we should get proud of him
He is just a player of opponent team and there is no point to get proud of him as Pakistani.
Re: 2nd Test: Pakistan v South Africa at Dubai, Oct 23-27, 2013
Though I dont see ay reason to be proud of him as of now, if he makes a real big name than it is same as in all other fields in which pakistani origin people make name and we are proud of them
