If Asad was given the license to hit rather than save the wicket things would have worked out for Pakistan.
Dhoni, Ponting, Straus, Smith, Vetori...all are better leaders by far. Even Afridi plays for the win..

Pakistan played 10 series from Jan-2007 and lost 6 and draw 4 So its a big achievement for them to win the series on opposition soil :hbk: Hats off for Misbah and youngsters

leave one dayers aside, the batting isnt even suitable for test matches...22 runs have been made in the last 10 overs, considering there were 6 wickets left...the team should have tried to win the match...

Interesting stuff going on the ground, two appeals by the kiwi players has been turned down by umpires!!! ( both times ball was going down the leg side, but it ain't relevant)

I always says Asad Shafiq is nice Test Batsman but don't waste him in T20 or ODIs ..... I"m not comparing Asad with Afridi as i know Afridi never play cricket seriously.

Guys lets be positive. we drew the last test series in NZ 1-1 in 2009. so this 1-0 win is surely a step in the right direction
