Srinath again underlines the cause of the failure, and indicated the poor form of India's top order, alongwith the fact that they simply cannot afford to rely on their lower-order to perform everytime. A good point, of course.

That reminds me...Sehwag and Tendulkar should be replaced by Kaif and Raina in the next test match....but that may require Army deployment in certain areas to quell protests.

The decision to drop Kaif from the team, I never understood in the first place. As you mentioned earlier, it might be because they were double-minded as to who should get the axe, and in the end, both VVS and Kaif ended up getting one each.
Although Raina could be tried out in the next test, I'd reckon.

I like Flintoff's agressive bowling...he is giving it all he can.
