'Pak’s bench strength gets a C-

What will happen when the oldies retire?

Looks like Akmal’s true class is coming out here. Not good on bouncy pitches.

MoYo’s had his share of the series with his double-ton. Looks like he doesn’t intent to cross 20 in the rest of the series.

Inzamam’s law of averages is catching up to him. No more consecutive 50s for him.

As for the bowlers, pop-gun attack comes to mind.

Jonty Rhodes must have realised the futility of his efforts. Fielding is going nowhere. I see bad days ahead for Pak.’

Definetely right about Akmal - I feel he is over-rated.

What wil happen when the oldies retire especially the batsmen? Pakistan may have to continue using the services of Butt, Farhat etc as it will be majboori.

Butt and Farhat may be dropped for the next test match or next series but I think they will not be forgotten for ever considering the lack of class batsmen who are good enough for this level.

Pakistan may find few players like Yasir Hameed etc and may get few runs on the sub-continent which will get the die hard Pakistani fans and media really excited but when they travel outside the sub-continent - God help them.
