For the argument sake, if it is agreed that he did not accept winning of AL, then who had stoped General Yehya Khan, having absolute power at that time, to hand over governmet to Shaikh Mujib?
Instead of doing this, Yehya Khan started genocide of Bengalis, which paved way for creation of Bengladesh.:(
