Our national colours are Green and White . The challenge is to make a dish with these two colors … The dish could be anything , a dessert, salad, smoothie, rice dish, pasta, anything at all .. purely your choice … and then share those photoes with us ..

I guess it wouldn’t count if I let the block of mozzarella cheese or the rice go bad and grow fungus - it would be green and white mind you …
