stupid f-ing pistons ![]()
i'm surpurised how well lebron james doing this year. a dramatic from last year and he was really good last year too
Lebron james and dwayne wade have taken their games to the next level, especially lebron. He plays as mature as a 10 year veteren but his athletism is just completely ridiclous. But i think his play this season and shaqs presence in miami are overshadowing dwayne wade's performance so far this season. He has really proven himself to be a franchise player, even with o'neal on his team.
Tracy McGrady leads HISTORICAL COMEBACK

Absolutely UNBELIEAVABLE!
Boy, was I lucky to be back home in time for such NBA history? Marv Albert and Steve Kerr were having closing arguments over Spurs victory. I was pretty close to changing the channel and then T-Mac just went off on the Spurs.
I walked away and I heard cheering so I went back to the TV. It was a 4 point play! Duncan made both FTs so I thought it was over.. NO NO… in Bowen’s face, another 3. Then a turnover by Spurs… T-MAC picked it up… in YOUR FACE.
13 points in 33 sec, T-Mac outscored, stunned Spurs all by himself. Several Rocket fans left the game in the 3rd qtr and by seeing the whole game later, I can understand why. Rockets just aren’t a half-court team, and JVG doesn’t like the up-and-down, fastbreaking game which suits T-Mac.

‘Pops shocked’
But those 33 seconds changed all that. T-Mac took it by storm. Even though, he had game-winners against Sixers, Clippers but this is above and beyond the highlight of T-Mac’s career.

So disappointed in Kings. No good off season moves.
I think San Antonio will win this season.

I'm guessing you haven't seen the hornets play lately.
LAL
.. inshAllah playoffs n finals and champs
..
kobeeeeeee ..
..
i’m with LAL .. but this team whats the name oh yeah Suns .. damn .. 21-3 record
.. khair we’ll seee ..
man first time i'm seeing this in nba
east is actually as strong as west if not more.
cool
miami and now nets from east
and spurs n wolves from west
lakers wud be lucky to make out of 2nd round.
houston can't put it together. coach is too defensive minded.
suns are good but not pressurized yet.
sonics well jump shooters; on their day they can burn anybody then again its hard to have those good days against good teams.
West is still the force to be dealt with. Nets stand no chance against a front court of marion and stoudameire, or any powerful front court for that matter. Miami, if it pulls some good trades (like get mourning, rose and Marshall from T.O) can become an even better team and it would increase their chance of winning the championship a lot. And also, Detroit is playing really bad so far but i expect them to pick up the slack sometime soon.
Can't wait till the Raptors game tonight. First look at Eric Williams and maybe Aaron Williams.
Wolves baby Wolves...they are going all the way this year........
Re: 2004-05 NBA
wat happened to this thread?? o well... kher.. nba.com just came out this new website.... and Kobe scored 37 on his last game..Lakers are on the 8th spot.. I blame Cleveland!
and sowwie.. Wolves are not even in the play offs..
and Iverson is rockin this season.. hez so gettin MVP...
Wats else???
Re: 2004-05 NBA
The thread is dead cos the Lakers are dead this season. Kobe has put his legal worries behind him after paying off that girl a few million off the court.
Possible finals matchup: Heat vs. Spurs
Re: 2004-05 NBA
I know.. Lakers are down this season.. :(
i really want suns to win this season..
Re: 2004-05 NBA
Haha, can't believe people actually expected the lakers do make the playoffs this season. And wolves have been a huge, huge disappointment. Firing flip saunders does nothing since he wasn't the problem in the first place.
And if anyone except fellow canuck steve nash wins the MVP than they might aswell stop giving those out. He is the Most Valuable Player in every sense. And as for my craptors, it looks as if another year will be spent in the lottery. What can i say, the ping pongs just don't want to let go of us. But i am looking forward for the offseason. Some good draft picks will definelty help us. Hopefully we can get green and/or hakim warrick in the drat. They are saying that eventhough this year's draft won't offer any lebrons or wades, it does have tremendous depth and that might be good for us as we are heading to the draft with 3 conditional picks in the first round and 2 picks in the second.
you are right Kool - barring KG Wolves have been the disappointment - i am pissed off about Spree and Sam especially Spree who made the comment about "feeding his family"
they both asked for long-term contract which i think was right thing to do Kevin McHale didn't give - KG's interview with John Thompson was heartbreaking - i have been a fan of him ever since i started to watch NBA - and that moment when KG almost cried...i just felt for him - he is stuck between hard and rock place - he took a paycut and in returned he got nothing - he lost the Coach when he arrived in the NBA - Firing Flip wasn't going to solve the problem but you know you have to blame someone - and the Coaches are getting fired over this for about a year or two now.
i am just pissed off - we bought the DIRECTV to see games of Wolves and other teams - dammit.. it just frigging ^&%&^*(^
Re: 2004-05 NBA
Yes!!! For the first time in franchise history, the Washington Wizards have a season sweep of the Los Angeles Lakers.
Man, I had totally given up on Washington after the whole Michael Jordan fiasco. Huge turnaround for the team this year, hope they continue improving.
