I hope the culprits are castrated. Pakistan's governing body has been neglecting people not on the bases of caste i fear rather like a tyranny. Illiterate people of frontier are in equally bad conditions and when Agha khan capitalized on them then the religious bodies were interested. Government neglects the people from underdevelop areas and poors. These are the fruits of a corrupt regime and population.
