The majority of ppl on this board are Muslims. I would not go to Israelforum.com and slag of Judaism, its poor taste. In the same way, if that idiot has only negative things to say, he should have the decency to respect our collective sensibilities.

Many times on that religion forum, I have engaged in enlightening discussions with Hindu friends and so on, cordial manner was maintained by all. Respect was shown and reciprocated.

How dare he speak foul of Islam and encourage ppl to depart from it on a largely Muslim forum?!

I doesn't matter if the majority are one or the other, that isn't the point. The point is he is free to say as he wishes. Ignore it if you don't like it. As for what he dares, well, if anyone leaves because of that, do you believe they were strong in their faith to begin with? And so what if that is what he says. Again, ignore it but he is free to voice an opinion just as you are.
