Well then he can atleast broadcast the audio part and for that he don't need a tv tunner but make sure he has a good sound card with line in.

Bhai zara jaldee karo..Kahee train he na nikal jai...i mean Pak team ka kya aitbaar(trust) baree Mushkil se koi match Pak jeet rah hai--don't deprive us from that
