BTW this is sort of better than when Pakistan scored less than 60 in each inning on a flat track (UAE), this pitch is much more livelier.

we are not even flat track bullies…our batting has been so pathetic for so long even on flat tracks that I just dont know how to get out of this mess…

There have been reports of resignations from the grounds crew after they had to work overtime to repair the badly damaged path between the pavilion and the pitch following Pakistan's first innings.

This SA bowling attack is one of the best. It is not link Dinda or Ishant Sharma bowling.
I think If openers had survived first 30 overs, the late order batsmen could have done better. Let's see if they learn from their mistakes and put on a better show in the second innings.
Pak bowling hasn't been that great either. If all SA batsmen start valuing their wicket like Amla, we are in deep poopoo.

why is rahat ali so ineffective......he has really good first class record....close to 160 wickets in 40 odd matches with 4 or more wickets in an innings 18 times @ 20.3/wicket average...that is pretty darn god performance on Pakistani wickets...but he is not very impressive...i heard he bowls close to 140K with swing

Hafeez and Gul are playing since 10 years and achieved nothing ........Where players like ABDV and Amla are beein playing since 6 7 years and already have became their team's backbone and in the list of ATG

Even a 150 from a player will help a lot.
Hafeez has been a great support in the India tour, World Cup, Asia Cup. He is at the top in Allrounders and Bowlers. The problem with our batsmen is no one is consistent. Problem with Gul being 50-50 expensive and can get breakthrough also. most of the time he is 90-10 though :P
