Lets not forget to give credit where it is due, the NZ umpire who gave the hat trick and made sure Umar Akmal got out in the process. A quick 30 or 40 from him and it would have been a different situation. The nick was so evident. I stopped watching the match in disgust at that stage.

The umpire should be questioned on that call..it was obvious that he wanted to give southee his hatrick..even if he didn't hear a big nick, the ball was going over the stumps as well.. very disgusting .

I can't believe they did not give the stumping on the guy. Shoaib giving way a few sixes and fours cost the match. They might still have had a chance to win. On top of that all of the extras and wides!

what...I hope the Paki team management takes it up with the Match referee and file a complaint otherwise the NZ umpires will keep it as is...

Ok Umar Akmals LBW decision was pretty lousy indeed....I just saw the highlights and even the patriotic Kiwi commentators were saying it was not out...but all in all Kiwis batted with a lot more intent and committment...since no one in Pak fired really, no Razzy fireworks, no Afridi blitz,
