Does this rained-off match mean that Inzi can now play in the next game or does a match in which not even a single ball is bowled not count? I suspect it's the latter meaning that Inzi will have to sit out the next game.

In the next match WI will have to face the full Pakistani squad including Inzi, Asif and Shoaib.

Rawalpindi one-dayer washed out
Rain prevented a ball being bowled in the opening match of the one-day series between Pakistan and West Indies.
Three days of torrential downpours left most of the outfield saturated and left umpires Daryl Harper and Aleem Dar little option but to abandon the match.
The second game in the five-match series will now take place in Faisalabad on 7 December.
**Pakistan, who won the preceeding Test series 2-0, will have Inzamam-ul-Haq available for the next match. **
A Pakistan official confirmed that the International Cricket Council recognised the abandoned contest as the fourth and final one-day match of the captain’s suspension.
West Indies captain Brian Lara, the only member of the touring team to have played a one-day international in Pakistan, looked forward to a competitive series as his team look to consolidate on their final appearance at the Champions Trophy. “The weather hasn’t been great but we have to move on and focus on the second match.”

I was in islamabad this weekend and it rained continuously. So I didnt even bother checking scores this morning.
