I’ll put them away and eat them later after the program as a reward of my dedication not the whole box though lol

Easier said than done girly. Well you have more self control than me because a box of Swiss chocolates would be completely empty if it’s in front of me. So those rewards end up costing me a 2-3 pound increase.
