Mundaya, Xtreme, I was so frustrated when I read Pak2000's response that I had to reply immediately. Should've read Anchal reply first, eh! I didn't even register the Kashmir bashing she was doing.
I've just proven a point against myself here: because it's Pak.org, I 'assumed' that all the nicks were Muslim. Duhhh!!
One thing I despise though, is Pak Muslims looking down upon Indian Muslims and vice versa. Oh believe me, it happens the other way too.
I find myself alone there as well (having schooled in Karachi, too).
Clearly, this was not the case in this instance. Appologees to any Kashmiris amongst our midsts.

Jihad is the solution. today india is willing to talk to hizb leaders.... same leaders who took the responsibility of killing ten to twenty indian soldiers a couple of days ago. a definite victory for hizb and its leaders who have indian army blood on their hands. now what do ya say about that?

Unlike Pakistan, India didn't chase minorities out, we let them live in our country. In hind sight we should have forced all of them to leave.

To prove my point lets look at the present day Pakistan. Pakistan constitutes of:
NWFP
BALUCHISTAN
PUNJAB
SINDH
NWFP
Only pathans live there and have always lived there. The non-pathan muslims make a negligible minority so the question of hindus living there is out of the window.
BALUCHISTAN
The biggest yet the least populated province. Not even Baluchis live there and there is no record of hindus living there ever. So provonce two is out as well
PUNJAB
The most populated province with an overwhelming muslim majority of present day Pakistan. Most of the states like Jalendhar, Gurdaspur etc were to come to Pakistan since they had muslim majority but were given to India. The result: Slaughter of muslims in Punjab. You dont find any muslims living in Punjab now just like you don't find hindus. Some were killed some migrated. End score is still in favor of India for killing a far larger muslim population and wiping them out.
SINDH
The most populated hindu area compared to the rest of Pakistan. many left their homes and businesses and moved to india. A lot are still living in Sindh including Karachi and are free to practice. When i worked in Karachi I myself had many hindu friends and co-workers. A few had daughters whom they did not even want to marry with Indian Hindus as the girls wanted to stay in Pakistan. Now after the partition how many times have you heard of the communal riots in Sindh? We hear everyday about Hindus killing muslims in India. So think before you speak the illogical propoganda that your governments have stuffed in your heads.
Minorities are still living in Pakitan and we dont hear them being persecuted like they are in your great democracy.
