It’s a fact that average IQ is going up by 3-4 points per decade. what it has to do with maturity and how it is reflected in human behaviour is a different study. Maturity is not being OLD, it’s about one’s emotional/physical response to different circumstances. A person with higher intelligence is more likely to respond rationally to a situation than an emotional being. These rationale responses are then translated as maturity.
