Being a 12 yr old and in labour is not the reason of death.......once she attains puberty she can concieve and have a healthy outcome of the pregnancy if she is well-cared for by trained personnel. The reasons were probably poor medical care , or even medical negligence but not just being a 12 yr old !
Remember the case of that 11 yr old girl here in the US...I forget her name, who has returned after many years of being kidnapped and raped by an adult? She has finally come back home with 2 kids...
These kind of traumatic stories are everywhere.
