Theres a few mixed emotions. Proud that someone local atleast has the balls to come up with something totally home made. But then its just another golf cart on the street. And the topless aspect looks extremely impractical. People will burn themselves to ashes in the scorching city heat. And with a top speed of 60 kph, im guessing cruising speed would be around 40 kph. Thats how fast a fast bicyclist goes.
And yeah, upto 25 km/l ? The new Toyota Echo Hatchback gives 20 km/l anyways :p
