No sir. I was not looking for any other word. I meant what I said.

Which is “Severe punishments are not common for rapists even outside SE Asia”.

I backed it up with stat which some people like to hear about.

I am not challenging your knowledge about the rest of theworld cause I dont know, but in USA, its consider one of he hideous crime, and has extremely serious consequences. If you add a minor in the equation, then the punishment is even more serious. Any and every sexual act where one party is minor, is considered a sexual assault of that minor, even if that minor had a consent in that act.
