Underworld wars were game of rich people, there can be no underworld in Jat-Gujjar-Yadav area, here their AboveWorld is sufficient, unlike Mumbai walas who hire these agents for personal score in and around Delhi it becomes family feud and families settle it themselves making it difficult for common people on the contrary, ordinary lives of people were never seriously affected in Mumbai :)
