NO actually he could be serious, I can not do that many but here is what it says for serious work out!

How many pushups a day to get ripped?

If your maximum is under 50 pushups, do 200 a day.
If your maximum is above 75, do 300 pushups a day.
Repeat the ODD/EVEN routine for a total of 10 days.
Then take three days off and do NO upper body pushing exercises that work the chest, triceps, and shoulders.

Now my routine is very easy!
I work out in a swimming pool
and to stay afloat for 600 yards
it takes 20 minutes and around 180 strokes

                    Easy on the joints!

if you know what I mean

pushin on water far more easier than pushin the ground!

we should totally do a challenge. That works as a motivation

I used to Do 3x15 with 1 min break. Now I can do 12, 11 and 10 with 1 min break I think. Haven?t done in a while. May do today.
Why isn't the Dividend story among the featured threads?
