Worry less? I worry alot like alot and the truth is most of these things are real ...but whats the point in worrying

Is it possible to control the way you see things and learn to deal with life without worrying so much just take things as they come .

It's possible, but it needs mind training.

you seem to be suffering from generalized anxiety disorder, which is quite common. we all have stresses and worries in our mind but not everybody reacts to them in same way, mind control and relaxation can help but easier said than done. sometimes counselling or medicines to help calm nerves can be useful. better to see your doctor.

      Try this link: https://patient.info/doctor/generali...sessment-gad-7

I feel counseling is usually the right route or maybe support groups. Talking to people who you feel can't relate to you worsens it. Makes you feel abnormal or lacking in 'normal'.
Medicines help, but that's a temporary solution unless you intend to spend the rest of your life on them. Meds are good for as a kickstart. But you need to have counseling or support groups while you take them for a longer effect.

^the above is purely my opinion.

Financial independence can be very empowering, do you think upgrading your skills and hitting the gym might help?

Financial independence isn't always empowering unless it's asserted and even in that case it only feeds the person's ego.

I have seen it where women who weren't financially dependent anymore became a lot more secure and happier.

Nice to know you are independent and taking care of people.
