U will see how int. Media will do thoo thoo on Pakistan. Our ppl r used to making confessional videos but it works only inside pk. No one outside give a **** to it.
And if both military n civil r same at this issue than y bajwa has given such statements today.
U have to accept that India is strong economy. They have much more weight than us.
Now kalbhoshan is stuck in us. No solution. Same like afridi. U cannot touch him any more ....
If this confessional statement is wrong and if Kulbashan Yadhav is not what he is, then Pak Should face the humiliation for all the drama they did, on the other hand, if they have all the proves (which they claim are enough to declare him a spy of India and was caught red handed sponsoring terrorism...) then this is golden opportunity, international media if they dont recognize it.. stll at an internationally recognized platform Pakistan can put together its case and can win it... that would officially label India as a terror supporting countries.

But with all this, one thing is for sure, at ICJ they have to come with concrete evidence.. and for that ISI/MI have to work harder...

I think spying alone should not be punishable by death (because you are basically working for your government i.e. on 'national' duty even if it is about secretly obtaining information on an 'enemy') but if it is proven beyond doubt that a spy's nefarious activities led to terrorism and loss of innocent lives in another country then he or she should be ready to face the music (if caught) in accordance with the law of the land. It is a dangerous business.

yes, but ICJ is asking for concrete proofs... not a confessional video.

too early to even speculate. no final decision has been made. lets see what we present in the next round.

another slap on Bajwa face. Why didn't they just execute him after all his confessions.

why keep him for so damn long when he's pretty useless now.

yet another blunder from Bajwa's show of incompetence. And we gotta have that for another 2-3 yrs?

International Court of Justice does not make decision on emotional ground... Pakistan has bundle of proofs.... case has started it is not concluded.
