Cleanse

Okay, this weekend I am going to try eating nothing but vegetables and fruit. I have done it before for a day or two so I know I can do it but the thought of having no meat makes me hesitant. I need to give up my lifestyle of eating meat almost every single day. I do not consider it a healthy habit. Infact if I can do with no meat this entire weekend I will go for no meat on Monday as well. Making it a 3-day experiment. My biggest concern is not whether or not I will feel hungry, its whether or not I will get a headache. Whatever happens, I will try to endure. The key is going to be a good and tasty salad dressing. If I can find one I like I believe I can stick to it for three days.

On another note, Mr. NYC texted me. Asked how I was doing and sent me a photo of himself in a suit. He then told me he missed me. I replied to the other msgs but not to the last one. I dont know what to tell him anymore, I believe I have made it crystal clear that I am not interested in dating him. Not sure why he is contacting me at this point.

This weekend is all about cleaning and getting my clothes in order. Taking out what I dont use and such. A body and room cleanse of sorts, this weekend. Yay!

Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Good luck with your cleanse. I performed a 3 day cleanse too right after a session of Hijama and my skin glowed noticeably. I had no headaches, but I missed regular food. My diet consisted of smoothies mainly.

eating meat isn't bad..if you're eating meat (aka protein) you should also be working out/lifting..so your protein can turn into muscle..but like any thing "everything in moderation, including moderation"

Girl, do look at the Keto diet. It's the only one in which I lost weight. I could eat all the meat I wanted but no carbs. No pasta, bread, potatoes, sugar etc but because I could eat a chunk of meat I felt like I wasn't missing anything. I would often just eat a steak leaving out on all the carby sides.
