      Lose overall body fat, by eating fruits and vegetables, protein, whole grains helps you do that. Start forty-five minutes of cardio five times a week, like running, brisk walking, jumping rope, etc. Do exercises like push ups which helps tone the arms.

      The trick is to do compound movements that will work a large group of muscles at the same time, I love kettlebells as they workout every single muscle in your body. You guys can start with fairly light ones. Eat a lot of fiber and stay away from white flour, white rice, and sugar. If I cook rice now I add a ton of vegetables and meat to it so you are not od-ing on carbs. Eat a lot more meat. A 6oz steak will have around 300 cals that are equal to around half cup rice but will keep you satiated for a long time. You can also make boti kebab, chicken tikka n stuff. Dont eat carbs with carbs like aloo n roti or daal n chawwal. A female is supposed to eat 30grams of carb in a meal so that is only one roti n no daal and chawwal with it.

      For me, I only do regular exercises at home. I do the walking most of the time. I think its the best. I also have a balance diet and eat the right kind of foods in moderation.
