Niki, have you ever tried orange and carrot juice? It is soooooo delicious and so good for you. You simply run some oranges and carrots through a juicer. And you'll get this frothy orangy red drink. No need to add sugar. Pour in glass and add ice cubes. A refreshing drink that also provides you with vitamin C, A, and antioxidants.

For growing children, it's VERY good. My mom used to make it more often when we were kids. If your kids don't like juices, you can make them smoothies instead.

Sure it is beneficial if home made
If you don't use ADDED SUGAR lol in a home made juice.
Sure it is good for growing children if home made.

Daily use different fruit to make juice. Juices which we buy from stores are only chemicals so no faida at all. Just dil ko khush karnay kay liaay juice ka khiaal achcha hai.
I tend to be unbiased even if this might endanger my good relations with people.

The Juices play important role in our daily life as it refreshes your mind and provides you instant energy which your body requires. The fresh juices are better than packet juices or factory made juices as they lack the freshness and other basic nutrition which keeps you healthy and happy.
